Flood Rescue was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to work with. They came out right away assessed and took photos of the damage in my kitchen and basement. They came back often to check on the progress, always on time!!! They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommended them if you need somebody.

Since the water had soaked into our wood floor and had reached the walls, it was clear that some rapid mitigation would be necessary.

After I discovered water dripping from my basement ceiling, I called my trusted plumber. He and I searched high and low and finally found that the water was coming from a leaking container in our kitchen pantry that we had stored for potential emergencies. Meaad Muse with Flood Rescue was immediately contacted and responded promptly. The extent of the situation was clearly delineated by carefully calibrated instruments that assess moisture content. Mitigation was needed right away and Meaad and crew swung into action strategically placing specialized equipment to remedy the problem.

The process with multiple dehumidifiers and dryers going full blast for 3 days did result in a lot of noise and warmth, but the result was definitely worth the bother.

The Flood Rescue team was highly professional and provided clear explanations of their plan to deal with our problem every step of the way. They were prompt. polite, tidy, and thorough.

Certainly I would not wish this kind of mini-disaster to happen to anyone -- but if you ever have this kind of problem, Meaad Muse is the one to call for help.

Food Rescue, specifically Meaad and his entire team was amazing from start to finish. My 2nd floor bathroom leaked overnight and I did not realize until 8pm the next evening. Meaad came out that Saturday evening and started the dry out process immediately. Their team was knowledgeable, explained the entire process and dealt directly with our insurance company. The crew at Flood Rescue did an absolutely remarkable job on our basement after a flood. Not only did my husband and I think their work was outstanding, but both our insurance adjuster and our contractor helping with the rebuild were amazed by the cleanliness and thoughtfulness of their work. Both could not stop commenting on Flood Rescues approach to drying out our basement compared to some of the other big-name companies who come in and don’t think about the damage they leave behind for the homeowner. I would 100% recommend Flood Rescue to any of my friends and family. Homeowners like myself have so much to worry about after a flood occurs in their home. Thankfully, when you use Flood Rescue, you can have peace that the remediation is in good hands.

They didn’t leave a mess and I just can’t say enough about them.

A huge thank you to Meaad and Ryan! My basement flooded from a sump pump failure caused by Friday’s tornado. My carpeting & bottom of my drywall was ruined. They were out by Saturday with equipment to begin the drying and dehumidifying process. They might be the two nicest guys ever and since Ryan has a background in insurance he was very helpful in navigating that process. They even came out again to help us after another storm blew in on Sunday and back out again today for the demo process and setting up more drying equipment. They didn’t leave a mess and I just can’t say enough about them.

Flood Rescue is the #1 company to turn to when, in my case, a home renovation goes completely wrong. Due to the negligence of a hired contractor, who improperly installed damaged exterior French doors, my home was left with immense water damage to my hardwood floors. Every time it rained, water was leaking into the home from the window panes, under the door frame and from every nook and cranny.
